This course follows the criteria prescribed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology, which includes 600 hours of study. Classroom and clinic experiences are provided in subject related teaching techniques, student teaching, professional practices and salon management theory to include Pa State Cosmetology Law.

Graduates of the program must pass the PA State Cosmetology Teacher Examination to become a licensed Teacher. The salary range can vary from approximately $25,000.00 to more than $75,000.00 per year depending on the school and courses they offer.
